issued on September 7, 1779, lacquer seal of the Electoral Office of Saxony in Dresden, issued by the Sankt Jacob Hospital (probably belonging to the Sankt Jacob Chapel, located in the south of Dresden, corner of Dippoldiswalder Straße), mentioning the names: Carl Ferdinand Lindemann, Gottlieb Schumann and "Concordat originale producto Carolus Fridericus Ilgen, in Praef. Dresden.", c. 33 x 20.5 cm, behind glass in the frame (altogether c. 38 x 24 cm), signs of age (among others slightly trimmed)
