Miquel! , Pedro IV of Portugal in a dispute with his brother Miguel I over the Portuguese crown, plate numbered Pl. 291. top right and monogrammed by Daumier in the print bottom left, trimmed in the passe-partout, backed at the lower edge, signs of age (among other things browned , partly damaged at the edge), sheet approx. 23.5 x 30 cm, the political-satirical sheet appeared in 1833 in no. 140 of the magazine La Caricature (Journal) for which Honoré Daumier produced lithographs from 1831/32
