"Topographia Superioris Saxoniae Thüringiae/ Misniae Lusatiae etc", signs of age (among other things, traces of folding, left margin up to 1 cm to the print, reverse assembly remains, sheet stabilized and right margin professionally edged), strong impression, Caspar Merian was an important topographical engraver and publisher of the Baroque period, son and pupil of the engraver Matthäus Merian d. Ä. and half brother of Maria Sibylla Merian.
