Pen drawing, "The interesting letter", a distinguished gentleman reading a letter while a young couple is hiding behind a wall and bushes, caricaturing scenery, signed lower right, titled, place name "München" and dated 1880, behind glass framed in a passepartout, Leaf section approx. 14 x 20 cm, with frame approx. 34 x 40 cm, Heinrich Rasch was a student of A. Melbye, H. Gude and Av Ramberg, worked mainly in Munich, his pictures are in the Municipal Gallery at the Königstor in Nuremberg, among other places , to be found in the Kunsthalle Kiel or in the Univ.-Galerie Würzburg, lit. cf. Fv Boetticher "Malerwerke des 19. Jh."
