Design: Jean Beck, Munich (stamp), colorless glass overlaid in lemon yellow and lustrous, rising rounded foot with stepped edges, short shaft with rounded node, deep, hollowed bowl swinging out widely, edge areas with black solder painting, air bubble inclusions, edge 1 x dam., otherwise good condition , H approx. 7 cm, around 1925/30; Trained around 1876 at Villeroy & Boch as a ceramist, then studied at the arts and crafts schools in Munich, Dresden, Berlin and Paris, among others.
