Large guild lidded tankard

Maker's marks on the bottom: grape with the initials "GAB" and the year "1816", arched round base, conical wall with hump decoration and braided guild sign of the brewers, flanked by 2 lions and inscribed "Long live the noble brewery", in the hinged lid medal of Elector Johann Frederick the Magnanimous (after a silver medal from 1535), large scepter-shaped thumb rest, signs of age and wear, foot slightly dented, H approx. 35 cm, first half of the 19th century.
