Acrylic/canvas, color pattern, signed and dated (19)88 on the reverse, unframed, approx. 86 x 63 cm, Steffen Kuhnert adopted his artist name "Terk" in 1974, from 1969-72 he received lessons from Gerd Kaden-Cuba, who maintained a studio in the HfBK Dresden without a teaching assignment, from 1971-76 he belonged to the Dresden artist group "Lücke" alongside AR Penck, H. Gallasch and W. Opitz, he showed his early works in 1971 in the solo exhibition "UNTERGRUND" in the studio of the "Lücke", Terk was expatriated from the GDR at his own request in 1980 and has been living and working in Bonn ever since
