Oil/cardboard, expressive spring mountain landscape, meadow flowers in the foreground, signed lower right, in a suitable modern frame, signs of age (among other things, insignificant loss of color in the sky), approx. 70 x 89.5 cm, with frame approx. 77.5 x 97.5 cm, provenance: from the artist's estate, Minni Herzing first received graphic lessons from her father, a lithographer, then studied at the Hanau Art Academy in the areas of pattern and lettering, flower painting and drawing and copying of landscapes, 1900-03 in Frankfurt worked as a draftswoman, moved to Dresden in 1908, took lessons there with Georg Gelbke and Willy Kriegel, worked in Chemnitz from 1935, has been represented at art exhibitions in Dresden, Stuttgart, Munich, Leipzig, Frankfurt/Main and Chemnitz since the 1920s, works in painting, Graphics, book illustration and porcelain painting, known as the so-called flower Minni
