Plaster, bronzed, larger-than-life bust of King Friedrich August of Saxony (1865-1932) in parade uniform, indicated laced profile base, rs. inscribed, slight signs of age (among other things, min. color flaking), total height approx. 70 cm, around 1910; Son of the sculptor Reinhard Schnauder, studied at the Dresden Art Academy and Paris School of Applied Arts, study trip to Rome, later return to Dresden, almost complete loss of his works in World War II
