Lead, watercolor and pen on laid paper, composition of cubes and surfaces in front of an orange-red background, signed and dated (19)64 lower left, applied to matt black cardboard and mounted behind a passepartout, sheet approx. 11.5 x 15 cm, with passepartout approx. 30 x 24 cm, self-taught photography, 1932 in Dessau and 1933 in Berlin, student at the Bauhaus, among others with Walter Peterhans, Joost Schmidt, Wassily Kandinsky and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, his works are closely connected with this tradition in their formal language, after the war, founding member of the group "Visual Artists in the Zwickau Cultural Association, Hennig is assigned to the lost generation, the extensive artist estate is in the Zwickau Art Collections
