Meissen Manufactory, swords underglaze blue, 1st quality, slightly recessed shape with sloping flag, polychrome painting in yellow lion decor, brown rim, "Königl. Hofwirtschaft 1900" on the underside, restored, D approx. 23.5 cm, pommel swords from around 1900; The first table service made for the Saxon court was decorated with this decor in 1728. The decor "old rich yellow lion" was reserved exclusively for the court until 1918.
