Marked on the bottom: Heinrich Volkmar Weiss (born 1831, apprenticeship with his father 1845-48, master craftsman in Schneeberg from 1857), on a laced round foot, baluster-shaped body with braided decorative band and fine friezes, slim, curved spout with acanthus leaves in relief, braided handle, hood lid with acorn-shaped Knubbe, signs of age and wear, including min. dented, height approx. 26 cm, second half of the 19th century.
