Black-and-white photograph, vintage print, portrait of a man, monogrammed in fiber pen at the lower edge, dated "27.III.84" and limited "9/21", rs. Photographer's stamp, supplement to the original graphic artists' magazine "Schaden", issue 3, 1985, signs of age (among other things slightly soiled edges), paper size approx. 29.5 x 20.5 cm. Since the end of the 1970s, various authors, artists and groups have been creating small magazines on their own responsibility and bypassing the official approval procedures. The magazine "Schaden", ed. by Sascha Anderson, among others, appeared in East Berlin from 1984-87 in a total of 17 issues. Autodidact, since the 1980s in East Berlin as a photographer, 1988 moved to West Berlin, 1993 in New York, 1995 in Rio de Janeiro and Salvador and 2000 Artist in Residence in Pacific Palisades, since 2007 member of the Academy of Arts Berlin
