Oil/canvas, sleeping small child on table, the depicted person is probably the artist's son Constantin, verso reference to the artist and handwritten confirmation of originality by the artist's son, framed, approx. 58 x 100 cm, with Framing approx. 66 x 107 cm, representative of "classic modernism", 1907-14 training at the arts and crafts schools in Erfurt and Dresden, participation in the First World War, friendship with Conrad Felixmüller, Otto Griebel, Otto Dix and Elfriede Lohse-Wächtler, after 1933 valid stigmatized his works as "degenerate", 1933 in Dresden and 1937 in Munich in the "Degenerate Art" exhibition, attributed to the artists of the "Lost Generation" and "Expressive Realism".
