Etching, An der Unstrut, signed in lead under the print, dated 1962 and titled, framed behind glass, signs of age (e.g. evenly browned, slightly creased), plate approx. 26 x 26.5 cm, with frame approx. 44 x 42 cm, after an apprenticeship as a draftsman, from 1921 evening students at the Academy for Graphic Arts and Book Trade in Leipzig, military service in the Second World War, then worked at the HGB Leipzig until his retirement in 1965
