Stamp and by someone else's hand with WVZ no. 164 and title (reader), mounted behind a simple passe-partout, signs of age, sheet approx. 25 x 17 cm, 1900-03 studied at the Prague Art Academy, 1910-15 resident in Munich, first major artistic successes, 1912 initiator of the International Artists' Association, 1913 co-founder of the New Munich Secession, 1924/25 based in Chemnitz, from 1935 moved to Czechoslovakia, 1942 in the Theresienstadt concentration camp, 1945 liberated and returned to Prague
