Oil/cardboard, blooming spring meadow, signed lower left, framed, approx. 37 x 32 cm, with frame approx. 40 x 35 cm, the artist first received graphic lessons from her father, a lithographer, then studied at the Hanau Art Academy in the Pattern drawing, lettering, flower painting and drawing and copying of landscapes, 1900-03 worked in Frankfurt as a draftswoman, 1908 moved to Dresden, where she took lessons with Georg Gelbke and Willy Kriegel, from 1935 worked in Chemnitz, since the 1920s at art exhibitions in Dresden, Stuttgart, Munich, Leipzig, Frankfurt/Main and Chemnitz represented, active in painting, graphics, book illustration and porcelain painting, known as the flower Minni
