Bronze medal based on a design by Max Klinger, bronze prize of the [1st] world exhibition for the book trade and graphics in Leipzig in 1914, in front of a woman with a cornucopia, in front of an arm with a sword, on the right in the picture the monogram MK (Max Klinger), rv. 6 lines of writing, D c. 60 mm, c. 77 g, in the original box gold-embossed case (Heinrich Schneider court jeweler Leipzig Markt), signs of age, Max Klinger (1857 Leipzig - 1920 Großjena near Naumburg), German painter, etcher and sculptor, here one of the few medals (probably 3 - 4 known designs) that the artist on created at a high artistic level.
