Watercolor and gouache in grisaille tones on brown paper, laid down on firm cardboard and cut out in the middle, hunting scenery, cartouche frame divided into four fields with depiction of a vixen with cubs, a hunter slaying a fox, a fox trap in winter and a hunting dog confronting a fox, left Signed below, dated 1890 and with location reference. Weimar provided, probably template for an illustration, slight signs of age, all in all very well preserved, mounted in passe-partout, sheet approx. 23 x 32 cm, with passe-partout approx. 44 x 31 cm
