Watercolor, portrait of an old gentleman with whiskers, glasses and cap, salutist, member of the Salvation Army, full-body representation sitting on a chair with umbrella, signed in lead lower right and dated 1897, behind passe-partout and glass in the frame, sheet section approx. 54 x 37 cm , with frame approx. 70 x 54 cm, from 1898-1918 member of the Association of Berlin Women Artists and from 1902 member of the Berlin Local Association of the German Art Cooperative, 1904-07 studied with Margarete Hoenerbach and temporarily in Paris, 1906-08 teacher at the drawing and painting school of the VdBK, 1914 silver medal at the international exhibition for book trade and graphics in Leipzig
