Signs of age, sheet up to approx. 16 x 21 cm, 1898-1904 studied at the painting school for women in Dresden with Robert Sterl, Wilhelm Georg Ritter, Anton Pepino and Wilhelm Claudius, among others, first exhibitions in Chemnitz from 1884, sponsored by the doctor and collector A. Thiele, from 1907 member of the Chemnitz artists' group, 1908 student at the painting school in Munich with Albert Weisgerber, in the following years head of her own painting school, after 1933 classification of her works as degenerate art, despite being almost completely blind, active as an artist until the end of her life
