one-piece forged bell, eight ridged fields, mounted small crest plate with ring eyelet, pointed peak with rolled edge, two hallmarks, screw mount and cut-out for adjustable nose guard (missing), quadruple easily movable neck guard, without cheek guards, leather lining is missing on the inside (only a small band attachment on the Neck protection still available), unchecked, signs of age and wear, probably 1st half of the 17th century
