Oil/hardboard, king, representation of chess pieces, knight beats the king, signed lower right, verso inscribed and dated 1990/92, wooden frame with smaller items, approx. 40 x 49.5 cm, with frame approx. 48 x 58 cm, son of Bernhard Heisig, took his mother's family name Brunhilde Eisler in the 1980s, worked in his father's studio from 1976-78, studied at the HGB Leipzig with his father and with Volker Stelzmann from 1978-82, worked on the monumental painting Frühbourgeois Revolution in Germany by Werner Tübke in Bad Frankenhausen, freelance since 1984
