large-format etching, dreaming women, wide hilly landscape with two female nudes that largely fill the pictorial space, signed in lead below the depiction, titled and inscribed as II. state, framed behind glass in black lacquered round bar (min. dam.), signs of age (including browned, slightly stained), depiction approx. 49 x 64 cm, with frame approx. 73 x 85 cm, 1920s, studied at the Art Academy in Vienna at the same time as Oskar Kokoschka, worked in the studio of Franz von Stuck, from 1913 making etchings , later mainly bookplates, based in Italy from 1935, imprisoned from 1940 and ostracized as an artist
