X 117, group of rabbits, pair of ram rabbits sitting close together, on a flat round base with the artist's monogram, naturalistic colored underglaze painting, slightly restored, H approx. 15.5 cm, molding from the original period around/after 190, Ivar Tillberg (born 1879 in Cölln/Meißen), porcelain painter and modeller, studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Dresden, 1909-1932 at the Meissen manufactory, developed numerous painterly designs and animal models
