Oil/hardboard, flower still life, meadow flower arrangement with blue gentian, ranunculus, wood anemone and grass in front of a blue sky, signed lower left, framed in a gold-colored profile bar, slight signs of age, approx. 38 x 36 cm, with frame approx. 43.5 x 41 cm , the artist first received graphic lessons from her father, a lithographer, then studied at the Hanau Art Academy in the areas of pattern and lettering, flower painting and drawing and copying of landscapes, 1900-03 worked in Frankfurt as a draftsman, 1908 moved to Dresden, there lessons with Georg Gelbke and Willy Kriegel in Dresden, from 1935 active in Chemnitz, since the 1920s represented at art exhibitions in Dresden, Stuttgart, Munich, Leipzig, Frankfurt/Main and Chemnitz, active in painting, graphics, book illustration and porcelain painting, as Known as "Flower Minni".
