Parchment: Matthes Braun, Amtsschösser (tax collector) of Leisnig, and his rightful heirs are the goods Tautendorf, Zennewitz and the village of Kalthausen, which he bought from Wolf von Kostitz, confirmed as a fief in all forms. All compulsory services, taxes and interest relating to the fief are listed in detail, attached seal (fragments of sealing wax preserved), dated December 7, 1639, slightly water-stained, slightly teared at the middle fold, good condition for its age, dimensions approx. 63 x 44.5 cm
