Linocut on beige paper, "D. Martin Luther", signed in lead on the right under the print and dated 1982, additionally monogrammed and dated on the lower left in the print, inscribed as "Selbstdruck" on the left under the print, slight signs of age (e.g. creases in the edge area ), sheet approx. 63 x 48.5 cm, graphic artist and sculptor, 1947-49 sculptor apprenticeship with Herbert Volwahsen, who took him into his studio in Loschwitz, accepted him in 1950 as the youngest student in the VBK Germany, from 1950 freelance in Dresden, lived and worked in the Loschwitzer Künstlerhaus, 1994 move to Dittersbach to the "Künstlerhaus Hofmannsches Gut", where he has lived and worked ever since, Hermann Naumann was a close friend of Otto Dix, whose daughter he often portrayed in his works
