Oil/cardboard, mountain landscape with a blooming summer meadow, signed lower right, framed approx. 55 x 65 cm, with frame approx. 64 x 73 cm, 1950s, the artist first received graphic lessons from her father, a lithographer, then studied at the Hanau Art Academy in the areas of drawing patterns and lettering, painting flowers and drawing and copying landscapes, 1900-03 worked in Frankfurt as a draftsman, 1908 moved to Dresden, took lessons there with Georg Gelbke and Willy Kriegel in Dresden, from 1935 worked in Chemnitz, since represented at art exhibitions in Dresden, Stuttgart, Munich, Leipzig, Frankfurt/Main and Chemnitz in the 1920s, active in paintings, graphics, book illustrations and porcelain painting, known as "Flower Minni".
