Konrad Hentschel (1872 Cölln - 1907 Meissen) studied at the art academies in Munich and Dresden and had been there since 1889 worked at the Meissner manufactory. Together with his older brother Rudolf he created important Art Nouveau models. In addition to the famous "Hentschel Children", K. Hentschel also made a number of Art Nouveau female figures, harnesses and cupid figures.
