Manufacturer: Philipp Rosenthal, Selb, mulled, in underglaze blue boy in old German costume with willow branch and lettering "Ostern 1919", model by Otto Keitel, in the motif artist's monogram, gold edge rubbed, for wall hanging, D approx. 21 cm, 1919. After the Rosenthaler Christmas plates, produced from 1910, found good sales, it was decided in 1914 to also include Easter plates in the range. However, production was limited to the years 1914-19 and 1923-25.
