Bronze, female nude with raised arms, on a raised cylindrical base, wide at the end, marked "H. Lederer", on the base foundry mark "Heinze", front side with engraving, slight signs of age, total height approx. 40 cm, around 1900. The sculptor Hugo Lederer studied at the technical school in Znojmo, with Johannes Schilling in Dresden and with Christian Behrens in Breslau. From 1895 he worked as a freelancer in Berlin. 1909 appointment as titular professor, 1912-1937 teacher at the Academy in Berlin, member of the Berlin Secession
