Braune, including: Das Rheingold (10 panels), Die Walküre (10 panels), Siegfried (10 panels) and Götterdämmerung (10 panels), published by CFW Siegel's Musikalienhandlung R. Linnemann Leipzig, oJ (probably around 1900), orig. ill. Linen binding, signs of age and wear, Hugo L. Braune (1875 Frankenhausen - ?): studied at the art academy in Leipzig and at the Weimar painting school, student of Theodor Hagen and Leopold von Kalckreuth, achieved particular fame through his Art Nouveau illustrations for Richard Wagner stage works.
