Signature of the mayor (from October 12th, 1932, foxing), signs of age and use (folder damaged, scuffed, sheets but in good collectible condition), painter, 2er and illustrator, 1890-93 studied at the Berlin Academy of Arts with Josef Scheurenberg, after study trips through Germany, Italy and to Paris, first worked in Langemüß, from 1897 in Munich, mainly created lithographs - numerous city and country views and later paintings, temporarily worked for the Munich magazine Jugend
