Charcoal drawing/drawing, view of Prague, Old Town bridge tower at the Kreuzherrnkirche, signed lower right and inscribed in lead, sheet slightly wavy and with minor signs of age, approx. 32 x 48 cm, before 1910, Feigl had received his artistic training at the Prague Academy . From 1910 he moved to Germany and lived in Berlin-Friedenau until 1932. There he took part in the exhibitions of the Neue Secession in 1911/1912, during which time Feigl specialized in prints. In the 1930s, Feigl traveled to Egypt, Libya and India, where his love of landscape painting developed more and more. From 1939 he lived in England and mainly painted colorful cityscapes, which received the special atmospheric moods through the watercolor technique.
