indistinctly marked on the bottom, slightly conical wall on a curved round foot, braided decoration, depiction of a view of a village with trees, curved ribbon handle, monogrammed GW on the hinged lid with a scepter-shaped knob and dated 1796, signs of age and wear, probably Saxony at the end of the 18th century.
