5 x historical architectural drawings, made in the Dresden municipal trade school, sheet 1 titled "Königliche-Militar-Reitanstalt-Dresden", plan with a top view and streets, with 4 further sheets with details of the layout, each numbered and signed "Hotopp" and dated 1904 or 05, plus 1 x charcoal drawing, portrait of a lady in the style of the 1940s, signed lower right "Drechsel", sheet approx. 40 x 30 cm, also 1 x watercolour, depiction of Frederick II of Prussia, signed and monogrammed lower left " PM" and dated "09", sheet approx. 32 x 24 cm, plus 1 x print after William Frederick Yeames, "When did you last see your father", sheet up to approx. 41 x 64 cm
