Oil/hardboard, Dresden Elbufer with backdrop of the old town and boats, incised monogram "OF" lower left, reverse. signed and dated (19)06 and location "Dresden", unframed, signs of age, approx. 14 x 23 cm, 1890-95 studied at the KA Dresden, 1897-99 traveled to Paris, Rome, Naples and Florence, studied in Paris of the Académie Julian and participation in various exhibitions, from 1900-02 based in Munich and on the Chiemsee, then return to Dresden, 1909/10 commissioned work for the plenary hall of the New Town Hall Dresden (painting "Dresdener Vogelwiese")
