A total of 27 woodcuts, illustrations for "Die Weber", each inscribed in lead, some printed several times from the same stock, each signed in lead lower right, signs of age (among other things browned, edges creased), sheet up to approx. 45 x 31 cm, 1906-09 studied at the Dresden School of Applied Arts, then theater painter at the Dresden Court Theater, 1913-14 training at the Dresden Art Academy with E. Hegenbarth, 1917 continued his studies with Gussmann, 1918 graduated with the Grand State Prize, 1919 co-founder of the Dresden Secession together with Otto Dix, Lasar Segall, Conrad Felixmüller and others
