Lithograph on handmade paper, terra i, signed in lead at the lower edge, dated (20)03, limited 20/40 and titled, with blindstamp of the printer, in a matching envelope with imprint Klaus Hirsch, sheet approx. 30 x 21 cm, 1960- 63 Studied applied painting at the Fachschule für Angewandte Kunst Magdeburg, from 1968 worked as a designer, painter and graphic artist in Magdeburg, Plauen and Lugau, building-related art, first drafts for stained glass, partly for the sacred space after initial figurative painting, almost exclusively landscapes in tempera, later monotonous blue-tone works, since 1991 interior design, turning to drawing, serigraphy and lithography (Medea cycle), sequences of charcoal drawings of individual figures and the Passion, died in a car accident in March 2018
