Meissen, sword mark, 1st choice, model by Willi Münch-Khe 1928, model no. A 1204, Till Eulenspiegel seated on tree trunk with insertable mirror, painted in colour, rs. Artist signature with date 28, min. at the insertion point for the mirror, otherwise in very nice condition, H approx. 30 cm, Pfeiffer mark, shape from the original time 1928. The figure impresses with its great liveliness and an all-view design. The owl bag on the right side of the body picks up on the eponymous owl and mirror motif on the left side. The painting in the clear, accentuating color scheme is extremely Art Deco-typical.
