Silver 900, marked "W. Stoll", Leipzig, driven and hammered by hand by the well-known Leipzig master silversmith Willi Stoll (1907-1989), martelised surface, flat-edged shapes, partly dented, strong signs of wear, cake lifter L approx. 22, 5 cm, pastry tongs L approx. 21 cm, total weight approx. 159 g, around 1930, Willi Stoll was a traditional craftsman and all of his qualitative work was carried out without the help of machines. Among others, he manufactured according to designs by Marianne Brandt and worked for Lutz & Weiß, Pforzheim, Paul Telge, Berlin and Ernst Treusch, Leipzig.
